Data loss can be the hardest thing that each one of us could ever face, especially if it happens to our hard drives. It is where the drive itself cannot be accessed with normal means due to some corruption of disk space or even malfunction due to viruses and malwares. If in case you feel that your drive has been failing and you got some important files in that drive, the best thing to do is to shut the computer down first and then do the data recovery afterwards, when you’re sure you already know what to do. A Couple of Programs that I Got Working

I was just a little out of my mind earlier because I decided to install a program and after installing it, I couldn’t get it working and I just can’t figure out how. Thanks to aboutmypc.net, I was able to know how and what the program that I installed does. It was the iTunesHelper… I really love music and I want to make sure I get the latest records always if possible and since my friend told me it is a good application for my PC, I decided to get it but I couldn’t get it to work. It turns out that it would actually automatically launch if I try to plug an iPod to my PC.

The main function of this program is to keep a lookout for an iPod being plugged in, and to ease the communications between the iPod and iTunes, and I can easily set it up as a startup item. Another thing that I was little bit skeptical was the Recguard and I almost wanted to delete it but it was a good thing I didn’t because I found out that it protects the WinXP program so I wouldn’t accidentally delete it, which could cause major problems.

Have you ever wondered why sometimes, the office internet seems to be working slower than usual and you can’t seem to get the bandwidth evenly spread out to all of the computers? If your office doesn’t have a computer main frame, it would definitely be hard to accomplish because simple management software cannot really get to watch everything that the other computers have and what other employees are doing in their respective places.

There is this tool called computer spy that I stumbled upon just recently and I thought it is indeed an amazing and useful thing to have for IT personnel and company owners as well. You just have to make sure that you have the installation rights on all of the computers, which is something that all IT people do, plug it for a few minutes, get the computer spy with you and you can basically see everything that a computer was able to do from keystrokes, web sites visited and even creating screen shots for your convenience, so if one is guilty of visiting prohibited web sites, you can easily show them their blunder. Computer spy should really be useful and it can help make things faster and efficient for you, with less effort to make.
