Hearing aids are basically tools for hearing impaired people so they can easily cope up with the world they are living in. it works by amplifying sounds in to the ear as they come. It is composed of different parts like the microphone, which receives the sounds, the circuit, which changes the sound in to signals and then pass it on to the receiver so the ear can hear the sound clearly. This little electronic device proves to be a very useful thing to have but according to some studies and surveys, there are only very few people who needs it that can actually use them.

The main reason for this is because most hearing aids available nowadays are really expensive and while this apparatus is highly effective, a lot of people from different kinds of walk would rather just tough things out than buying one themselves. Another reason is because people are embarrassed to be seen wearing a hearing aid so instead of getting the full luxury of being able to buy hearing aids, they would rather just have a hard time than have other people see them wearing one and be dubbed as deaf, which is ironic because they really are.
